This program is delivered via Thinkific, our learning and coaching platform. The platform enables a centralized workspace for ongoing discussion, reflection, and file sharing. Access to coaching tools, resources, and best practices is available for 12 months from the completion of the workshop. 

This program consists of 4 to 8 2hours training sessions, 2 to 4 on-site exercise and tutorials, over a period of 2-4 months and a couple of retrospective sessions
