About Our Value Added Service

Agilizing strives to provide the best possible service and education experience to our learners. Instead of merely fulfilling the fixed contract of the classroom in-person training service, we would like to provide appropriate value-added services upon your purchase of our training. The value-added services are provided to facilitate a higher level of learning engagement and experience. We will work with you to formulate a comprehensive training program with additional values beyond the classroom training where appropriate.

The value-added services are additional components in our blended training approach, consisting of awareness Lunch & Lear session, classroom learning, on-the-job training through coaching, and follow-up clinic hours, regular capability assessment, digital badges for achievement recognition, and on-going community of practice setup, with the aim to foster a continuous learning culture.

Type of value-added services:
  1. Free Lunch & Learn – an educational session that takes place during the lunch hour. Participants are welcome to bring their own lunch or coffee and enjoy a relaxed learning experience while they enjoy their meal. The topic of the session can be selected from our list, or you can feel free to suggest a topic that fits your team’s needs. Visit the Lunch & Learn Page for more details.
  2. Blended Learning Design – a program-based design that provides needs-driven Micro Learning sessions, recommended for an optimal learning experience. Since every organization is unique, the needs-driven learning sessions will be tailored to fit your specific requirements and suggested according to the training focus of your organization.
  3. Comparative Agility Assessment – a measurement tool that helps your team establish a baseline in certain areas of your organization’s agile journey. This assessment will be implemented throughout the training program to provide insights into how the team improves or changes over the course of the journey. The CA capabilities include Agile Mindset, Business Agility, SAFe Assessment, Agile HR, and more.
  4. Clinic Hour – a short, focused session that happens once every 2 weeks, aimed at helping your team solve real-life problems they are facing. For example, this could include issues they encounter when coaching people to transition from a traditional working style to an agile way of working.
  5. Digital Badges – a set of badges awarded to recognize your team members’ individual achievements, illustrate their growth, and incentivize desired behaviours. The digital badges foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization, keeping employees motivated and encouraging them to continue their learning journey.
  6. Community of Practices – a series of coaching and facilitation that assist on building a community of practice which enables deeper knowledge sharing, peer-to-peer learning, collaborative problem-solving, continuous improvement, and accelerated professional development within a group of practitioners who share a common area of interest or challenge they are collectively working to address.
